• Shipping costs are calculated or communicated before payment.
• Tracking details will be provided where a tracked delivery service is used.
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, depending on the destination. Any charges payable by the customer will be made clear before purchase.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the packaging and item.
