Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your MISAMU purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.

Ready-to-Wear

For eligible online purchases, UK consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

After notifying us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Please handle garments with care while deciding whether to keep them. You may inspect and try them on as you would in a shop. Deductions may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law, including any required refund of standard outbound delivery charges.

Bespoke & Made-to-Measure

Garments made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

We therefore do not ordinarily accept change-of-mind returns for these items.

Beauty Products

For hygiene and health protection, certain sealed beauty products cannot be returned under the change-of-mind rules once their seal has been broken.

Eligible unopened products remain subject to applicable consumer cancellation rights.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at info@misamu.co.uk.

Your statutory consumer rights apply to all MISAMU products, including bespoke and personalised orders.
